Women in Trades Training
I am so excited to welcome the new Women in Trades Training participants to our 2014 program. We will be starting off with Construction Craft Worker and Carpentry Skills. Time to break in those new work boots!
A few upcoming events for all of our women trades students: our next Lunch n’ Learn is scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 24 at 11:30 – more details will be posted soon. Also, don’t forget to check out the Kamloops Job Fair on Sept. 17, 10-6 in the Campus Activity Centre. TRICAN will be on site and actively recruiting drivers/operators, electronic technicians, and heavy duty mechanics. This is a great opportunity to ask questions, and start networking.
